Terms & Conditions

Before booking any appointment with Ariyah Beauty, it is important you are aware of all Terms and Conditions. 

Please read below to avoid any disappointment.

  • CLIENT ETIQUETTE
    We kindly as the following when you visit our salon: Ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to commence any paperwork that may not have been filled out prior to your appointment. If you are running late, you appointment may need to be rescheduled as adequate time has been set for your desired treatment. For eyelash extensions and Lash lift treatment we ask that you remove all eye makeup prior to arriving to your appointment. We ask that all mobile devices are switched off or put on silent prior to your appointment. Due to health and safety reasons, we ask that no children, family or friends attend your appointment. The treatment room is for the technician and client. As you can understand, our technician's need 100% focus and do not want to compromise your treatment. As beauty room is located at a private house, we ask that you park in the driveway provided.
  • TREATMENT INFORMATION
    To book appointments, please click on the Book Now buttons and follow the prompts to book your desired service. If you are having trouble booking or a time slot you would prefer is unavailable, please contact us immediately via phone and we will do our best to accommodate. We ask that you adhere to all Pre-Procedural & After Care Information and this will heavily effect your result. If you arrive to your appointment without adhering to pre-producing information, Ariyah Beauty can cancel your appointment and your deposit will be lost as we have a duty of care to ensure all treatments are performed safely and the best results are created. Depending on your treatment you will be asked to fill out a Consult Form. This must be completed prior to your appointment. Our Cosmetic Tattooing Form requires a photo of your face to be upload on the form before submitting. If you are having difficulties with uploading please contact us prior to your appointment. Please be aware that the beauty services Ariyah Beauty perform are an art to help you look your best. All skin types heal differently and results can vary client to client. Ariyah Beauty can not guarantee successful cosmetic tattoo results on our client as everyone's skin heals and accepts the pigment differently. For any new clients, please review all the information on our website and if there are any concerns please contact us so we can answer all your questions prior to an appointment or book for a consult appointment.
  • EYELASH INFILL POLICY
    Ariyah Beauty highly recommend booking your infill appointment before leaving the salon to secure your preferred appointment time. Up to 14 days (2 weeks): you will be charged and considered as a 2 week infill any time up to 14 days from the day you had your new set of lash extensions. Up to 21 days (3 weeks): you will be charged and considered as a 3 week infill any time between day 15 - day 21 since you had your new set of lash extensions. After 22 days: you will be considered a new client and charged accordingly. Other Salon Lashes: Please note that we do not infill other lash technicians work, due to the unknown product variables of what was used by other lash technicians. We offer a removal fee of $20 and a fresh set of Lash Extensions.
  • COSMETIC TATTOO PRICING
    The price includes the Initial Consult, Initial Procedure, 4-6 week touch up appointment (which will be booked at the time of your procedure) and aftercare package. The tattoo refresh pricing is for existing clients only. This pricing is for 18-24 months after initial procedure. If you book after 24 months from initial procedure date this will be considered and charged at the new cosmetic tattoo price. If you have an exisiting tattoo please contact us for a free consultation via phone, email or social media.
  • APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
    All serviced booked require a credit/debit card on file to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice given or you do not show for your appointment. Charges apply as per our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. If you have booked a service please ensure you have entered your phone number and email address correctly as you will receive an SMS and email confirmation 72 hours to prior to your appointment. As you can not reply to the SMS, if you need to change your appointment please do so by either contacting Ariyah Beauty on 0407 107 467, log into the Fresha App or check your emails and follow the links to change. Please note, there are strict guidelines to changing your appointment and if it falls within the cancellation policy you will be charged accordingly.
  • CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
    To ensure consistency and fairness to all our clients we are firm on our cancellation and rescheduling policy and therefore must be agreed to at the time of booking. Your schedule appointment time is reserved especially for you, therefore in the event that you may need to change your appointment, this must be done a within a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you are a 'No Show' for your appointment this will result in your appointment being cancelled and 100% of the scheduled treatment amount will be charged. This will only be charged if no contact is made prior to your appointment. The card details used to secure your appointment will automatically be charged. Cancellations can be made via telephone if you can not access your booking through the Fresha App or your emails. Please call or SMS to 0407 107 467 (please leave a voice message if phone is not answered) and we will response accordingly by close of business same day. If changes need to be made to your appointment, this can easily be done via your original ONLINE BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL received when you placed your booking. Simply click "View or Change my Booking" and you can reschedule following the prompts. *Please note: sometimes these emails can go into your Junk/Spam folder so please check there first.
  • PRICING
    Prices are subject to change without notice. Ariyah Beauty reserve the right to change terms, conditions and policies at any time. Prices can differ from client to client just to various factors.
  • REFUND POLICY
    Our aim if for every client who walks into our salon to be satisfied and happy with their beauty treatment. As individuals we all see beauty differently, have different ideas and preferences, so we always provide an in-depth consultation before we begin any treatment. We take great pride in our work, ensure that the services we provide are of the highest quality and always recommend aftercare, therefore we do not provide refunds for our services, even in the unfortunate event of an allergic reaction. We love our lash extensions and we know you will too! In the event you experience a larger (freak amount) of loss to your gorgeous lashes (this does not include change of mind or change of style) then you need to notify us within 3 days from your original appointment and we will happily fix them for free within 7 days of initial contact. If you notify us after 3 days from your original appointment then charges will apply.
  • GIFT CARD POLICY
    Please consider this card as cash. We do not offer replacements if you have received a hard copy of a gift card if it has been lost or stolen. Hard copy Gift Cards will be be accepted if defaced or altered either. Our Gift Cards are non-refundable and expire 12 months from issue date.
